 Screaming sound. April 6, 2008
I got these speakers for a temporary change of my stock speakers cause they were cheap and at the time i was on a budget. I never would've thought that i would get this type of quallity from these speakers. I hooked it up to my head unit and boy did they get loud. Unfortunatly at full blast it had some notable distortion, so i keeped the volume down about half way, and believe me that was loud enough. I have one of those tuner exhaust systems on my car so i needed to drown it out with music and these did the trick. Later on i hooked these bad boys up to an amp, and tuned it properly. After that they weren't just loud, they were screaming down the block. At full volume there was no distortion to be found. Hooked up to the head unit, good speakers, hooked up to an amp, great speakers and highly recommended.

WAY BETTER than the speakers that were in the 2000 Saturn SL2 these replaced. While the bass response is a bit limited, the highs are pretty clear and airy...it's the type of sound my wife likes.
She is happy with these and thought they were much more money.
Can't go wrong for $35 for a set of four.

Nice price, great sound for my hoopty was what I needed and got from these 3 way speakers. A nice investment. My son said after hearing them that I waited 6 years to long to get them.

I don't think you will find better speakers for the price. The bass is clear and the mid and high ranges are crisp. They handle high volume with minimum distortion. I am sure there are better speakers on the market, but you have to be a real purist to tell the difference in a car installation. They sound great and I am very pleased with the purchase.

For a while I've been looking for a decent pair of audio speakers for my car, so I shopped online, read many reviews and came across these babys, read the reviews on this product and was very impressed, so needless to say I own a pair and pleased to say I am very happy with this product, these speakers turned out to be better than the factory speakers installed, the best part is it didn't break my wallet, infact these speakers are very affordable, most recommended.
