| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description "After-death communications," or "ADCs, " occur when someone is contacted spontaneously and directly by a deceased family member or friend, without the help of any medium. The authors' research shows that these spiritual experiences offer hope, love, and comfort for thousands of people. Included are more than 350 first-hand accounts of those whose lives have been changed and even protected by messages or signs from the deceased.

Comfort and hope September 7, 2008 In June I witnessed as my twin grandbabies were delivered stillborn. It was the cruelest, most painful thing I have ever experienced, or could ever imagine. It left me so angry (enraged actually) and bitter and full of hurt. My sister was reading this book and recommended I read it too. I told her I would but in truth I didn't want to, my world had crashed... and what good were words, everything seemed meaningless.
After a month or so, guilt made me buy the book because I had promised my sister I would read it. I let it sit around for a few days before I actually picked it up to read. Then I couldn't put it down.
The book deals with "After Death Contacts" or "ADCs" as they call them. There are hundreds of examples in the book, of all kinds, as told by the people who experienced them, and grouped into categories by the authors. The book is easy to read with the exception of the brief comments by the authors at the end of each experience where they basically recapped what the experiencer said, or interjected their own thoughts or meanings. I found the comments generally unnecessary, redundant and annoying (which is why I only give the book 4 stars). Judge for yourself, but personally I thought the book would have been better without the after-comments by the over eager authors, and after a while I started skipping over them and went on to the next ADC story.
As you read through the many accounts listed, a mental picture emerges and one message comes through very clearly but I won't state it here, you need to read the book for yourself, and I do wholeheartedly recommend this book to everyone. The message gives comfort and hope to those who suffer loss, and I highly recommend giving this book to anyone you know who has suffered a loss, it's the kindest thing you can do to help them.
The information in this book has greatly helped me deal with the horrible loss of my grandbabies, and I didn't think anything could do that. Although I still feel cheated out of decades of experiences with my grandbabies, this book has helped ease the pain of their loss and has started my heart on the road to healing. Pretty amazing effect for a book!
Excellent Research June 4, 2008 An excellent confirmation, well-presented, of eternal life and love! The case studies are presented with such depth and engagement, that I did find it necessary to limit reading to one study a day/time. A worthwhile read!
This book was a disappointment. June 2, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Nothing new in this book. Skip it if you are wanting to learn new information about the other side. Goodbye to this book! I did not even get half way and I was bored.
Helped me SO much April 25, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I read this in 1997 after I lost a very close loved one. I have received numerous contacts from him since he passed. Mostly in dreams. A few times - his presence. (And even something surreal.) My real life experiences match the book in the sense that they are unexpected (they come when they want to come ... not necessarily when we call them) and they are short. You HAVE to open your mind and your heart. If you keep it closed, you will not experience these wonderful gifts from God. I believe everyone can. This book helped me through my deepest moments of grief. So for that, I am grateful to the authors for compiling these stories. To the naysayers, I say ... fine. Don't read it or recommend. For those who believe ... this will help in your healing. (And it's just fascinating. I'm fascinated by every experience I've had personally. I know for a fact my loved one is around ... and still with me from his own dimension. It's not anything I need to convince anyone of or to prove to anyone. These are personal moments that God has allowed my loved one and I to share. By his good graces! God is so giving ... it His gift to the grieving.)

My wife passed away almost a year ago, and a friend gave me Hello from Heaven. The book helped me a lot, and I wanted to share it with my sons and a few friends. So thats why I bought several copies of it from you. The book gave me hope, at an extremely hopeless time of my life. Sincerely, Gary M. Rembold Sr.
