Product Description
There's a psychopath who likes to kill kids and cut off their hands on the loose, and Dee and Ryo must find him before he strikes again. Carol has the misfortune to cross his path, and soon her life is in grave danger. Bikky, Dee, and Ryo must take justice in their own hands (no pun intended), if they want to save their friend. The second act of this volume centers around Dee's past. Ryo discovers that a policeman named Jess Latener found Dee in a dumpster when he was just a baby and, with a little help from the nun at the orphanage, raised him as his own. Even though Dee later found out some dark secrets from Jess' past, Dee will always consider Jess his true father. After Jess was killed, Dee vowed to become a policeman one day. After Dee pours his heart out to Ryo, he and Ryo lock in a passionate embrace.

5 out of 5 stars Fantastic shounen-ai series with a good plot   April 20, 2008

In this volume there are two long stories. The first one is with Ryo, Dee, Bikky and Carol. Ryo and Dee try to catch a serial killer, who first kidnaps and then murders young teenage girls. Meanwhile Carol thinks that she is followed by a stalker. Then there is a photo of Carol found near the last victim of the serial killer and it becomes obvious, that the stalker and the serial killer are one and the same person. But by then it's nearly to late...

In the second story Dee visits the grave of the person, who was like a father to him, and he tells Ryo in a cutback scene about this person, who was also a policemen, but not entirely on the right side of the law.

This series has been absolutely great thus far and after lots of sweet kissing and snuggling I'm now in for a treat: Dee and Ryo making love in the last volume of the series. ;)

5 out of 5 stars One of the Best Manga Series Out There!   May 22, 2005

This is my all time favorite series - even though it's only Shonen Ai it is the greatest Manga Series out there. The art is great and the story is funny and sweet in a lot of places, especially when it reveals how much the two main characters care for one another. It focuses on Dee Laytner and his persistence to get into the pants of his new partner Ryo Maclean, your average uke not knowing what to make of Dee's advances and Dee isn't the only one after Ryo, their new boss Berkley Rose is and Dee has his own admirers including one hyperactive jealous JJ, who hates Ryo. This is a must have series for any Yaoi or Shonen Ai Fan!

5 out of 5 stars Better then the last one.   April 3, 2004

I very much enjoyed the story behind Dee becoming a cop. It makes a certain amount of sense, that his inspiration is not a perfect superman.

And, of course, Carol is the sort of girl that all evil criminals should be beware of.

5 out of 5 stars Things are getting really "steamy" now!   March 21, 2004

I just love this manga! I put off reading it until recently because it is "yaoi" and I'm not into male/male relationships, but these two are so-o-o-o pretty, you just don't think of them that way. Dee and Ryo are definitely heading into the final showdown of their relationship saga, so I can't wait until volume seven (some definite "bedtime" action was goin' on!). Carol, Ryo's friend, is stalked by a serial killer with a penchant for collecting hands from his victims, and Dee takes a look back at the man who inspired him to become a cop. All in all, a great lead up to the final volume. A definite read for those into a great romance/comedy.

5 out of 5 stars Dee and Ryo:Ready for action!   February 29, 2004

This Manga is a great read.Though it is a Yaoi or male 2 male relationship manga. It has a wonderful story line that has many twists and turns and the art is ready good. The two main characters are Dee and Ryo two new york city cops that just want to be where the action is!Dee is the smartmouthed guy that has a strong drive to be the best. And Ryo is the regular old good guy with a sad past. When these two team up they really kick butt! The manga is really funny and the romamance is kinda Kawaii! so even if you don't really like detective stories or romantic mangas. This One
edy, horror, mystery,And all the things that make a good manga!Enjoy!!!!
