This 10-foot cable has gold plated connectors and gold plated copper contacts to ensure excellent conductivity. Shielded for maximum EMI/RFI protection. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT WITH NO PROBLEMS ...ITS A CABLE ...SO ..IT WORKED... NOT MUCH ELSE TO SAY
 Worst ever April 17, 2008
I've been working with monitors and cables for almost 30 years. This, without a doubt, is the worst one ever. Really strong ghosting, any screen object had three or four echoes beside it. Text was unreadable. The cheezy little cable that came with my monitor works better than this.
Just as an aside, the cable looks completely different from the one in the photo. Perhaps the good reviews here were for another model.

I loved the fact that it came in a timely fashion. Just got a new 56 inch television that I now can use as a computer monitor thanks to this cable! Good job! Good product!

I bought this to replace my moniter cable for my Samsung LCD (the cable I was currently using had a short in it). This cable was even worse. The ghosting was so bad that I could barely read any of the text on my screen. Companies shouldn't even be selling cables this bad.
