 Well built, but....... April 10, 2007
The hardware appears to be very well built. My laptop does not have a high speed USB so downloading is very slow. The main criticism I have is that the documentation is very skimpy. It would be helpful if there was a good set of instructions on how to go about selecting files & folders to be backed up.

loved this. takes up very little space, extremely easy to hook up to your computer. I received one as a gift and then bought this one for my oldest son
