The mouse wouldn't connect, the keyboard skipped keys repeatedly. I have never returned a mail order item before this one but it is just THAT bad.

Very pleased with this wireless keyboard/mouse. The "antenna" unit plugs directly into a USB port. The mouse batteries (AAA), which are supplied are rechargeable and charge inside the mouse on the antenna base unit - a unique, handy feature. The keyboard batteries (AA Alkaline) are also supplied.
The comfortable, attractive keyboard has nice, large key letters, and a number of pre-programmed buttons. The mouse has a nice hand-fit and operates smoothly.
The only problem I had was setting up the mouse. However, a quick e-mail to tech support gave simple instructions to quickly remedy the problem.
This is a nice, functional, wireless keyboard and mouse at a very good price. I would definitely buy it again.
