I have so many exercise videos, and to be honest I am not sure this is one of the best. I was expecting a better workout, and I did not think the instructions were very clear. I'll keep trying, though

I had heard about the Lotte Berk method in various magazine, I finally bought this product because I needed to step away from the standard yoga and pilate practices. This really burns the abs and the routines spice things up a bit. Well balanced in exercise with a bit of dance.
