5 out of 5 stars A Great Collection   September 29, 2008
Ronnie McDowell has an amazing voice and is a fantastic entertainer! I enjoy having some of his best recordings on one CD.

3 out of 5 stars Mcdowell   December 31, 2007
This cd is on Curb not Epic and has a mix of originals and rerecordings it is worth it for the originals and the rerecordings are listenable ,but the originals are far better. The folowing are originals; "Whats it gonna take","Change to me", "It's only make believe","Al tied up","Unchained melody". I am not certain about"Bedroom eyes"

5 out of 5 stars A Great Listen, From A Classic Musician.....   May 2, 2007
Many may not know, but Ronnie McDowell was Born March 26, 1950, (same day as fellow Musician/actress, Charly McClain, March 26, 1956.) They were also on the same Record lable (CBS) Epic, Ronnie signed in 1980, and Charly signed with Epic in 1976. But the show must go on as they say, and presenting, this Greatest hits CD, by Ronnie McDowell, ya might recognize a few of his GREATEST HITS. "Older Women," "You're Gonna Ruin My Bad Reputation," "All Tied Up," and (I'd make love to you,) "In A New York Minute," (and take my Texas time doin.) "Bedroom Eyes," and "Unchained Melody." Ya might have some, "Wandering Eyes," but I wouldn't have a "Change Of Heart Change To Me" this is a Greatest Hits CD, the best that ya can find by Ronnie McDowell, I'm sure glad I found this CD. It's a great listen from a Classic Musician.

2 out of 5 stars I don't recommend this!   January 2, 2003

If you love Ronnie McDowell's biggest hits from his Epic days, then do not buy this CD! His big hits on this CD are not the original recordings, but re-recordings!! Those songs include Older Women, Wandering Eyes, You're Gonna Ruin My Bad Reputation, and In A New York Minute! I was very disappointed when I heard these new versions of these songs. However, his later Curb recordings such as All Tied Up and It's Only Make Believe are the original hit versions. So I guess this CD is good for something.
