Perhaps its simply because Ive heard other comedians before. Or maybe its simply because I dont own a budweiser hat, wear sandals with jeans, listen to Dave Matthews, and secretly wish that cute guy beside me would notice me!!!.....but Im getting off track. Where was I? Oh yes, thats right, this cd blows.
 A STAR IS BORN February 24, 2008
Dane's charisma is unmistakable. he is a new version of Chevy Chase - and the best of Chevy. The material has improved over the years - he's a bit stuck in some responses from the audience but his acting style, good looks, and endearment to the audience are the quality of a star is born. A very entertaining hour and more of a brilliant comedian who will not be spoilt by the the mess that others in his situation were. Dane has a strength and resolve that indicate he will be around for a long time.

Dane Cook toured the states like crazy trying to get noticed. He finally did so with the very funny cd. Its fast paced and has some of the funniest bits ever on a comedy cd. Its too bad Hollywood had to find him. Employee of the Month, Mr.Brooks (his drama role), and Good Luck Chuck. All movies failed at the box office. Now he is back doing stand up because no one wants to see him in a movie for more then an hour.

Dane is one of my favorite comedians. His material is clever but always seems impromptu. I had tears in my eyes about half way through this CD. If you want a good laugh (PG-13+ for sure), this is a good buy.

This is by far some of his funniest stuff. I am going to see him in a couple of weeks and can't wait!!! Great CD will have you laughing for sure ! :D
