"When It Pours God Reigns" is probably the best recording ever for the Palmetto State Quartet. This recording, as far as I am concerned, is classic sourthern gospel. It doesn't get any better than this.
A while back, the quartet made some personnel changes that lifted the group "to the next level". If you like southern gospel quartet music, you will want to add this recording to your "best of" pile.
I have listened to the best through the years (starting in the mid 1960's) and this present group is one of the best. Buy it and enjoy it!
