Editorial Reviews:

Album Description
Explicit Version. Awaiting a new trial, the man born Corey Miller returns with his first studio album in five years, Screamin' 4 Vengeance, a forceful artistic statement that allows him to voice his displeasure with an unjust legal system and deliver the type of bonecrushing Rap that became his signature with the release of his debut platinum selling album, 1998's grisly Life Or Death. Despite the obstacles he has overcome in the last few years, C-Murder hasn't lost his creative edge. This steadfast ruggedness is on full display on the sinister 'Murder Man Dance.' The gruff tune contains the classic ingredients that make up a classic C-Murder track: gritty lyrics accented with controlled vocal fury and a grimy beat that is as intimidating as it is catchy. When the world turned its back on C-Murder, it was only giving him ammunition to fuel a monstrous comeback.

4 out of 5 stars BACK ON TOP   August 9, 2008

10 YEARS AFTER THE FIRST CD - COREY PUTS OUT A STRONG ALBUM.

4 out of 5 stars THE KENWOODS LIKE THIS ONE..............   July 21, 2008
I JUST COPPED THIS FROM BEST BUY TODAY. THIS CD GOT SOME SERIOUS HEAT THROUGHOUT IT. THE SONG WITH HIM, C-LOC AND SLIM THUG IS MY FAVORITE. C-LOC WENT HARD ON THIS BEAT. THE SONG MO B. DICK PRODUCED WAS JAMMING AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS TOO. I HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM IN A MINUTE SO IT WAS GOOD TO SEE THAT HE STILL GOT IT. I'M STILL IN THE EARLY STAGES OF IT BUT FROM GOING THROUGH IT I DONT FEEL LIKR I WASTED MY MONEY ALTHOUGH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF I WOULD HAVE GRABBED THIS ON THE DAY IT CAME OUT AND PAID LESS FOR IT BUT WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M SATISIFIED AND I WILL BE GETTING THE NEW DVD HE GOT TOO FOR SAKE OF VISUALS.

4 out of 5 stars C-Murder returns in good form   July 14, 2008

C-Murder drops another solo album, and another good one. His 6th solo is worthy of 4 stars. His first 2 albums were great, 4.5 stars each, "Trapped In Crime" and "TRUest S**+ I Ever Said" were barely 4 star albumms, and his C-P-3.com album was just plain bad, so I'm glad he came back strong on this one. Shorter than his other albums, with only 12 songs. 4 are ok, 1 is almost a classic, the other 7a re good, with a few being real good songs. Guests are a little heavy, on all but 3 songs. Productions is nice as well, although I still woulkd love to hear some of those No Limit beats that Beats by the Pound provided, but the job is still done nicely on this one. 2 Saint does 5 songs, 2 Much & II Deep each do 2 songs, Mo B Dick, C-Loc, and Savage each do 1. A nice album to have in your colelctiona nd nice to hear some new material from C.

#2 - 8.5
#4 - 9 (f/ Detroit -- nice beat)
#5 - 8.5 (f/ Krayzie Bone, MIa X, Verse, Papoose)
#6 - 8 (f/ Mia X, Jahbo)
#7 - 8.5 (f/ PEnnie)
#8 - 9.5 (f/ H Double & Detroit -- tight beat)
#9 - 7.5
#10 - 7.5 (f/ Verse, J Lyric, Sincere Sosa)
#11 - 7 (f/ Verse, Max Minelli, G Dinero)
#12 - 7.5 (f/ Max Minelli)

4 out of 5 stars great comeback for c murder!   July 9, 2008
i have to say i was very impressed by this album, i wasnt hoping for that much, since his previous albums have really sucked big time.

this is a great comeback for c murder, hope this album set him up for real.

but my all time favourite album is and probably allways will be trapped in crime.

but a great acomplishment c! keep em coming like this album!

forever TRU, Ya Hear'd me!

5 out of 5 stars Cop this, The REAL dirty South   July 7, 2008
C-Murder delivers savage lyrics to real good beats, i can't fault one track. Just sit back & bop your head, you gotta love it! If you don't i can't understand why you're even on this page. TOP RAP ALBUM.
