 Great collection of videos June 29, 2008
It's a great collection of videos for me because I became Luis Miguel's fan in late 90s and did not see any of his presentations when he was a child.

I bought this for my mother, who is loves Luis. I was looking for a current DVD for her. I must say we were a little disappointed that this is a compilation of videos of Luis as a young teenager. Had I known that, I would not have purchased it. He was amazing as a teen, no doubt.

This is a compilation of Luis Miguel's presentations not really his musical videos for these songs. I was expecting to see them, since in "LUIS MIGUEL Grandes Exitos(2005)" DVD they were missing. I am talking about "Decidete", "No me puedes dejar asi", "Palabra de Honor" and others. I have watched these excellent videos some time ago and, let me tell you, they don't have to do anything with these bored presentations of his earlier songs. Hope some day, I will get them for real...
P.D. Anyway, 2 or 3 videos of this DVD are worth to watch as "Me Gustas tal como eres" which was always presented in a "live presentation", not in musical video.

Today I received the "Celebridades" dvd in the mail and just got done watching it. I have to say, I enjoyed seeing the younger LM perform - he was such a cutie! - but yet still with that mature voice for his age. Some of the production values aren't the greatest, but overall it's a well-done, albeit short, dvd ... lasted about 30 minutes. He did that high C note twice, which is always unbelievable to hear, and you could see how his voice matured along with his age. He had such stage presence even way back then, most of the videos were from the '80's and early '90s. Here's a list of the videos:

He only ran his fingers thru his hair a few times ... I know in some of his videos in his 20's he had quite a habit of doing that ! :) I liked his duet with Sheena Easton, and you'll notice how much they sound alike when you see it. I also have his dvd "Grandes Exitos Videos", and this dvd isn't nearly as slick as that one, but still enjoyable if you want to see him when he was younger and more "raw". But for any die-hard Luis Miguel fan, this is a fun one to have in your collection.
