5 out of 5 stars great just great   May 6, 2006
If you thought that Reise,Reise then you will be blown away by this cd. the band has gone away from alot of its chants and taken a more instremental sound. Still packed full of the blasting guitar chords and so on. I personaly thought that the cd was one of the best metal cds I'd eard in a long time. Completly recomend buying this cd.

5 out of 5 stars Rosenrot ist wonderbar!!   April 6, 2006

If you don't have this, order it!!! I have had this for four months and still can't get enough of it. My favorite song has to be "Stirb nicht vor mir/Don't die before I do". "Rosenrot", "Spring", and "Wo Bist Du?" is great too. It even has a Spanish song, "Te Quiero Puta!. Very funny! And the dvd that came with it...awesome! Especially "Mein Teil" concert. I have all thier cds/dvds and love them all!

3 out of 5 stars Nur 3 Sterne... koonte besser sein...   March 31, 2006
I only give this record 3 stars out of 5. It could be better. it's quite mellow actually... and I prefer the harder Rammstein. One of the best songs for me is "Te quiero P***", even though it's all sung in Spanish, which in itself is kind of funny. The whole song is quite comical, though I don't understand Spanish. I do respect Rammstein in making every album different... no copies of Herzeleid or Sehnsucht or any of the others. They do change up their sound a bit each time, sitll staying true to their roots. But, as I've already said, this CD is quite mellow... their mellowest yet.

5 out of 5 stars Slam dunk for Rammstein -- funf Stern   March 26, 2006
This album will not disapoint Rammstein fans! The single "Rosenrot" is stunning and "Benzin" "Zerstoren" "Hilf Mir" "Spring" and "Man Gegan Man" are all ten ton slabs of heavy powerful product that the band is known for. There are some surprises in the cd like "Wo Bist Du" that will have you chanting the chorus. The guitar distortion has such a rich and creamy quality throughout the album you must turn it up!!! Es ist ja ganz geil! Etwas toll Musik zu empfehlen zum eure Freunden!

Der Hammer!!!

5 out of 5 stars The best German sound   March 24, 2006
I've been a fan of Rammstein for about 2 years and I must say this is one of their best albums besides Mutter and Herzeleid.
This CD is the single version (while in Germany there is a bonus edition that comes with a DVD, which includes Live Performances of the band in Germany and Japan) and contains 11 Tracks of Rammstein's newest songs. You'll have to pay extra if you want the original German version, Amazon does import foreign licensed CDs and bootlegs.
A few of the best songs are Rosenrot (which the album is named after), Mann Gegen Mann (about a Gay man), Wo Bist Du (It's too catchy) and Te Quiero Puta (which is harilous, Rammstein are singing Mexician).
If you are interested in trying a new sound, love bass in your songs or love listening to German bands, this is the CD for you because you'll love it. I know I do. It's a defiant keeper.
