Wonderful Meditation September 1, 2008
I really like the music and play it each day to unwind and relax. The music changes to bring you into a very relaxed state. This is great after a hectic day. I also play it when I have trouble falling asleep.

I purchased this on the recommendation from a friend who had surgery. While preparing for my surgery I listened to the CD during the day, the day of surgery and afterwards when I returned to my room. I continue to use this as part of my recovery. Excellent CD and considerate it an enhancement to my quick recovery.

I purchased this CD for myself for relaxation purposes. I am so delighted with it that I have purchased several for gifts.
I have never really heard the entire CD because I always fall asleep, but it is most enjoyable and helpful for relaxing and healing.

Wonderful cd....I find it helps take the stress away and allows my mind and body to relax. Dr Weil's voice is so calming and the music takes you on a healing journey. If we can reduce the stress in our bodies then we can heal. Highly recommend !
