PFOS3 June 2, 2008 its a good collection of mixs and remixs new stuff from boondox and some songs that are really enjjoyable like My van from Boondox and the My Addiction from twiztid its a great album for anyone new and returning people from psychopathics.
Pretty bad release April 4, 2008 The first two psychopathics from outer space were pretty good, but his one is by far the worst of the collection. The only good songs are Zombies by Twiztid, Just A Song I Wrote by DJ Clay and Soul Shake by Zodiac Mprint, the rest are pretty forgetable. The Dark Lotus song is horrible and makes me want to pass on The Opague Brotherhood. Don't buy this album, better to download it.
average psychopathic release March 10, 2008 downward spiral this, downward spiral that. why do people call themselves juggalos if all they do is complain about ICP's music? ok, that's out of my system. this albums about par with most of the rest of what psychoathic is releasing lately besides the Tempest, i loved that album. the boondox tracks were above and beyond the highlights of the disc. he's just one talented MF, period. I also was struck dumb by track number 14 by Motown Rage, which almost sounded like Twiztid mixed with Pantera. Yeah, i said that right. The Dark Lotus song sounded exactly like the same stuff they had on Tales From the Lotus Pod, and the rest of the album was average.
I just hope that Boondox continues to come up with the excellent material he has started out with. he's just about as refreshing as when Twiztid first released Mostasteless.
Best PFOS Yet! January 16, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
There's not one bad track on this cd. It's got 2 brand new songs from each Psychopathic Records Artist, with 1 track from DJ Clay and 1 track from Motown Rage, and 1 new anthem track from the entire Hatchet Family. They put a lot of effort into this album and it shows. Everything from the album art to the inside booklet, to the special thanks behind the cd itself, it's all great. For the price it's going for it's more than worth it.
The Tracks
1. Blast Off (spaced out intro track announcing the albums lineup)
2. Further Away - Dark Lotus (first Dark Lotus track since the last Psychopathics From Outer Space I believe, with the original line up.. ICP, Twiztid, & Blaze, this is how it was meant to be)
3. Truth Dare - ICP (This song's about playing truth or dare with ICP. Truth, dare, double dare, promise, or repeat?)
4. Shake - Zodiac Mprint (this track's about Blaze and The R.O.C shaking your soul loose from your body, love the hook, can't wait for Zodiac Mprint's release)
5. Addicted - Twiztid (This song's about Twiztid's addiction to make/watch people bleed, wicked track with a great hook)
6. My Van - Boondox (Boondox is crazy, this song's about kidnapping unsuspecting females in his creepy black bootleg-dvd-selling van at night and doing things to them that you'd have to hear for yourself, he's nuts)
7. Put It Down - Madrox, Violent J, & Blaze (Great track, 3 psychopathics telling their stories about crimes they've committed with knives as the murder weapon. Hey man put it down.. it's all right.)
8. Just A Song I Wrote - DJ Clay (this track is the first one of just DJ Clay by himself, it's about him trying to hold on to his life in a hospital after being shot, impressive track from DJ Clay)
9. Last Day Alive - Boondox, Shaggy, & Monoxide (track about what these 3 maniacs would do on their last day on earth, you already know this one's wicked)
10. Zombie - Twiztid (Madrox & Monoxide are being hunted by zombies after the Apocalypse, they go into detail about their last moments alive and what the zombies do to them when their luck runs out. Scary thought brought to life in track form by the demented duo themselves)
11. Girls They Love Me - Zodiac Mprint (crazy track about Blaze's love interests and his idea of what love is, only the girls have no idea he's interested in them. The R.O.C. comes in on the chorus/skits for this track, classic Blaze.. funny and disgusting.)
12. If I Was God - Violent J (this track's about what Violent J would do if he was God, Juggalo's know that Violent J is extremely creative with his lyrics and this track shows that clearly, no chorus here, just J letting you know what he'd do if he was God.)
13. Torn Possession - Boondox (instant classic from the Skarcrow, his soul is in a fight between Heaven and Hell, after an exorcism, good seems to conquer evil. This dark track contains violent wicked lyrics not suitable for just about everybody.)
14. Reason - Motown Rage (heavy metal, Motown Rage was on the Hallowicked 2007 tour and proved that they could rock a Juggalo crowd, signed to The Hatchet House, these guys are talented and hardcore.)
15. Hatchet Man - The Hatchet Family (Instant Classic from the current Psychopathic Lineup. This song is about what The Hatchet Man means to them and how they're proud to represent it to the fullest. Great track. Strictly for the Juggalo's.)
16. The Landing (outro track with reversed outer space sounds and a voice revealing the date of the GOTJ 2008 followed by an explosion.)
This album was a very pleasant surprise, compared to the other two PFOS releases, which are also great, this one is the best by far. It's all Psychopathic, no special guests, all Family (except for Bryan Adams from Color Me Badd on Truth Dare, but that's only the chorus and he's barely noticeable, his part's cool too anyway). Every track is WICKED except for maybe Motown Rage's track and the Hatchet Man track (which is an instant classic). The cd insert reveals the new releases for Boondox & Dark Lotus, as well as every major Psychopathic Records Release from 2007. This cd's a must have without question.
Psychopathic Records!
at least it's a better turd December 30, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
i gotta disagree on the reviews, i thought this cd was a lot better than the crap the been droppin here lately. the dark lotus song blew i though, didn't even sound like them, hope that was a demo or just tryin to drop the lotus name, cuz that song sucked. and drop that zodiac crap and motown rage crap, suck suck. but other than that, good cd. the boondox song is tight, and the blaze song is tight, sounded a lot better than the crap he's been droppin too. and yeah they wear the hatchetman songs out, but i thought this was a good addition. and on a side note, i figured out why i'm still a juggalo, i've been down with the clown since milenko and at that time loved every cd they had, then they started blowin some goats or somthin, so now, i still by every psychopathic release, just waiting for the day they totally redeem theirselves, i know they can do it, but i just hope they do it soon...
