Best Boondox Spit Ever August 20, 2008 Boondox, the infamous killer of the cotton fields, also known as The Scarecrow, the seventh son of the seventh one, spits fire on this album. Psychopathic Records signed Boondox in 2006 after Violent J got a hold of one of Boondox's CD's after The Gathering Of The Juggalos 2006. He showed his talent soon after when he released his first album The Harvest. Soon he joined with his other Psychopathic fellow artists in the infamous group known as Psychopathic Rydas, known as Yung Dirt, keeping true to his southern heritage and the dirty south singers. In 2007, he released PunkinHed, which remixed two of his bigger songs from The Harvest. PunkinHed did not feature many other Psychopathic Records artists, but featured the infamous disc jockey, DJ Clay. Then on May 13th, 2008, Boondox released Krimson Creek, his deepest and most emotional CD, and maybe even the most emotional CD Psychopathic Records has ever released. Boondox spits about his past and his abusive family, his love for his two sons, his addiction to drugs, his depression and suicidal thoughts. It features all the other main Psychopathic Records artists (Insane Clown Posse, Twiztid, and Blaze Ya Dead Homie). If you buy this records, you will not be let down. This is the best album of 2008. If you are a juggalo/juggalette, you will love this album. Boondox spits fire!

The Creek is here to stay June 27, 2008 The Skarcrow does it again. Here's another album from the depths of scary, dark, country backwoods where if you ain't up to testicular fortitude, you better get the heck out. The album is definitely darker and more personal than the Harvest, with deeper bass-breaking beats and sound cuts (courtesy of the talented Mike E. Clark). Most notably in this album are the bone-chilling Intro, the raw, unapologetic sounds of "Country Life", "Freak B**ch", "Inbred Evil", "Love/Hate", "Outlaw", and "Trailer Park Creepin'" as well as the deeply personal confessions in "Unwritten/Untold", "Cold Cruel World", "Path I Walk", and "Fear." However, other songs, such as "Straight out the Crops" and "Heathen" almost seem redundant in terms of topic and beats, which slow down the dark intensity of the rest of the album.
Nevertheless, Krimson Creek is undoubtedly still a insanely fresh addition to anyone's music collection, and - by far - is one of the best compilations to come out of Psychopathic in a while. Git your hands on a copy while supplies last!

Boondox is a beast of an underground artist he is the best in my opinion but i must discuss the CD, The CD is extremely good from the songs of lust and torture to killing off his opposing enemies in the traditional serial killing the lyrics are smooth and vocally masterpeice's
god awaits ur arrival May 30, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
the harvest is alot better than kimson creek. I only like one track on the whole album but thats jus me...and the only reason i didnt like tha cd is becaus of the polished crappy beats... yet his style of rap is dope. & im always goin to miss the raw & rugged beats of the old psychopathic. i have played this album around 5 or 6 times now hoping it will grow on me but it just aint happening like it did with tha opeaque brotherhood
A step below the Harvest, A step above the rest May 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
At first listen, I didn't like this album. It wasn't the same Boondox and I was a little upset with that. I gave it a couple more listens, and on the third try I was in love. It hasn't left my car since. For some reason, most of the hatchets albums are like this for me. If you're a Juggalo, no doubt, you will love this album. In my opinion, only ICP can compete with Boondox. If you're not a juggalo, well my wife hates everything from Psychopathic Records except Boondox. But if you are considering an album of his, go with the Harvest. It's is the best album to ever come from Psychopathic Records.
