4 out of 5 stars decent   October 21, 2008
the debut album of serj let you waiting for a lit of bit more........
the album is not bad, it has some great songs like empty walls, saving us,sky is over and lie lie lie. but at the end the other songs are mediocre compare to the previous works of serj in system of a down.

If you are a fan of serj and system of a down then get this album ........

3 out of 5 stars a few good tracks; rest are weak sauce   October 16, 2008
I really liked 4-5 songs off this one, but the others are throwaways. I had the same feeling with the Scars on Broadway CD, too. System of a Down is definitely greater than the sum of it's parts! They all have talent, but really shine together.

1 out of 5 stars Rediculous...   August 29, 2008

This is not music, its just a bunch of talking, ranting, noise, ect...you get the picture. I change the station on the radio every time Serj's or SOAD's complete and utter garbage comes on. One of the lamest excuse for music in the history of rock.

2 out of 5 stars One good song, the rest..terrible   July 22, 2008

I think he would have been better off staying with System of a down! I looove that band and now they broke up and made their own albums. Both Serj and Scars on Broadway are pretty terrible albums. Download one or two good songs, don't buy the whole album.

5 out of 5 stars One of the best cds in my collection   July 2, 2008

When I heard that he was going solo, I knew in my heart and head that his cd was going to be amazing, and every song was going to be mind blowing. Was I right? HELL YEAH I WAS!!!! This cd is out of this world kickass good. I am shocked that there are actually low reviews on this cd, but everyone has their own opinion I guess. But this is mine, and this cd is worth buying and you will not regret it one bit. It sounds like system of down, only it is different, and I dont know how to explain it. It is very political and just mind blowing. I love this cd so much, and this will always be a cd I will adore. BUY IT:D If you are a fan of system of a down, then there is no reason why you shouldnt have this cd.
