Nice July 19, 2007 Fun to run with. Keeps a good cadence except for transitions in between songs. If resorts back to the ranger song every time. That part gets old but the rest of the CD is awesome.
Motivating! June 12, 2007 My son uses these CD's to stay motivated while working out- I have to say, they seem to do the trick- but it's funny that sometimes at the grocery I find myself humming some of the tracks...
US Army Rangers Cadences March 20, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Great collection of some of the best cadences in the Army. I use this to wake up in the mornings on my CD player-clock, and it gets me out of bed. Great for listening to while running; pure motivation. Perfect to learn new cadences if you are in JROTC. Slight profanity is used, but nothing extreme. I highly recommend this CD.
Worth the Money March 8, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you enjoy running to cadence, this is a good buy, They are easy to understand and help get you pumped up for a good run. The cadences don't flow from one to the next as smoothly as I would like but still rythmic. A good buy.
Very helpful August 20, 2006 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm wicked out of shape and can barely run a mile, but this cd is great for making sure I keep pace and don't quit early. Downsides are the poor mixing between tracks. At a couple points in the cd, you have to adjust your step a little because the mixing is off a fraction of a second. Nothing major, so overall I say this is a good exercise cd to go with.
