 I've had it for 10 years and I still love it! July 24, 2008
I love this CD. I bought it 10 years ago at an airport gift store before getting on a red-eye flight, and it helped me relax in my uncomfortable airplane seat. Since then, I have used it as a sleep aid when anxiety and stress interfere with my sleep. I rarely stay awake past the first two tracks.

Another favorite of mine by Dan Gibson. I suggest this for anyone who has trouble falling asleep. It will definately put you in dream land.
Have NEVER made it to the end of this CD May 18, 2008
I am a night shift worker and my job is VERY stressful. This CD helps my brain unwind and lets me fall asleep. It has some sort of tone that just makes you fall asleep. I have never made it to the end of this CD because I always fall asleep. This is great for chronic insomniacs and cheaper than a bottle of Ambien :)

I bought this CD since I was having some trouble getting to sleep. Now, I play this CD almost every night, and I hardly get to track 3 because I've usually fallen asleep already after two songs. Some people may find the ocean sounds a bit loud, but I find them soothing next to the relaxing tones that are played.

I get a body massage in my home every week and I always listened to this CD while I was having my massage. My daughter borrowed it and it had a skip in it when she returned it. After going 2 weeks without it, and listening to many other samples of "soothing music", I searched Amazon until I found another copy of "Natural Sleep Inducements". It's the most amazingly peaceful CD around. I don't use it for sleep, but for meditation and reflection. It's not too much "nature sounds",nor too musical-just the right mixture. You'll love it.
