This item was a father's day gift. If your dad is anything like mine, he falls into 'the hardest person on the planet to buy a gift for' category. Well, he started to open up this gift before he even finished with the rest of his cards. He currently keeps it on his desk and uses it all the time. So I would recommend this item as a gift hands down. It is a bit bigger than I thought, but it comes with a stand one can use to keep it on a surface rather than mount it on the wall.

Bought as a gift for my dad, he loves it. I played with it for a few mins and was impressed with the ease of set up and the readings.
