Becoming the ultimate supervisor. January 15, 2007 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
I purchased this book, along with it's workbook, to enhance my supervisory skills. The book not only helps improve my working techniques, but also sharpens my skills at home, as Mother and Friend. Tammy Byrd
UnWorkable Workbook! Cannot Print It! Cannot Write In It! June 22, 2005 37 out of 48 found this review helpful
Franklin Covey reps knew nothing about this product when I called them, because they do not offer it in e-book form. It was never designed to be released in this format. Amazon.com had a nice idea but they didn't think it through. They need to 'Synergize' better. Don't waste your time and money on this product.
Adobe E-book version is a TOTAL RIPOFF! January 29, 2005 58 out of 68 found this review helpful
Do not purchase this ebook! You can't print it. AND it uses some sort .NET internet validation that stopped working on the laptop I downloaded it on. So, I CAN'T print it and I CAN'T read it. For GOD'S SAKE SOMEBODY TELL ME - WHAT GOOD IS THIS LOAD OF E-BOOK! Unreal. Absolutely unreal.
EBOOKS FROM AMAZON ARE A RIPOFF! October 1, 2004 79 out of 92 found this review helpful
There should be a note in the description somewhere that you will be unable to PRINT any worksheets from the workbook. What good is a workbook that you CANNOT WORK in??? And I can't even get my money back. I am completely unsatisfied.
Repeat Old Stuff Again and Again--No New Meat No New Insight January 7, 2004 65 out of 89 found this review helpful
I don't think Covey wrote this workbook himself. The writing style is not "Coveyist" at all. This book has nothing new to say. 7 habits become old, boring habits, without new perspectives or insights to the readers. It is time for Covey to really think Win/Win with his readers. Write more good books. Not just do too much out-sourcing or sub-contracting in writing. Practice the Law of the Harvest that he always preaches. He will reap what he has sowed.
