Thank You 3DD! August 17, 2008 After the disappointing last album "Seventeen Days", 3 Doors Down redeems themselves with this self-titled album. The album is awesome and is just as great as their first two records. The best way to describe this album would be to say that it achieved what 17 Days tried to do but failed at. These songs are very in-depth will surely be a classic album in this band's career. "It's Not My Time" is a very cool song, and all of the others are just as good.
Outstanding Record August 13, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've been a 3 Doors Down fan for a couple years now. I liked their first album, (although I got tired of hearing Kryptonite every five minutes on the radio) and I really enjoyed Away from the Sun. Although I thought Seventeen Days had some good songs on it, I didn't think it stacked up to the first two albums. Well. Their self-titled fourth album is the new standard for future records will be stacked up against. In my opinion, this record is better than any of their previous efforts. There is absolutely no filler on this album; every song is excellent. The lyrics are well written and the music excellently crafted to really make this a disc you can't take out of your cd player. And what's more? I still don't have a favorite song. They are all that good. I will say this though. Tracks 10 and 11 are two of the best, and going into She Don't Want the World, which is the last track on the cd, I was surprised to hear by far the most unique 3 Doors Down song yet, and an absolutely fantastic close to the album. All in all, this was a phenominal album that I'm still listening to, and I highly recommend it for anybody.
Best Yet! August 11, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful

Another classic in the making... August 6, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
An awesome cd! When they rock, THEY ROCK!!! There are a few slower songs that are very well written but take some time to get used to. It's no "Better Life" in the sense that every track doesn't rock out, but I would recommend getting it. It has about 7 rockers on it and they worth it. I listen to it daily! My favorite tracks are Train, Citizen Solider, and It's Not My Time.
These guys suck and are total sell-outs August 6, 2008 1 out of 15 found this review helpful
3 Doors Down really blow, and this album is no exception. The only time I ever see this band, it's in totally commercial things. The worst was when I went to see a movie and had to sit through a 4-minute-long "music video"/COMMERCIAL for the National Guard before the previews, featuring these sellouts' song. I hope 3 Doors Down is proud to know they're encouraging their young fans to go off and fight in pointless wars and get themselves injured or killed for nothing. Oh, sorry, they'll be helping out the oil criminals. This band can go to hell.
