 I am pleased -- shame it doesn't come with 4 spots for chargers December 2, 2008
It works very well -- buy this over the long case that does 4 -- that one is very hard to charge the controllers on -- this one is very easy.
 Poor Quality September 23, 2008
I received it today. But one of USB port on AC adapter did not work. Dead on Arrive. I checked the manufacture website and tried to register, but could not get any response. Maybe website is down???

Design: It's a plug that looks like a PS3, which is a pleasant surprise actually.
Effectiveness: Gets the job done. Takes about one or two hours to charge an empty controller.
Convenience: It charges up to two controllers simultaneously and comes with two free USB charger cables.
Quality: The charger was badly scratched up.
I'm satisfied. No need to look elswhere for me.
