A giant cyclone has sucked up thousands of fish from the oceans! It's an ecological disaster! I just picked up this title over the weekend, and I must say I'm finding it very enjoyable -- much more so than Patapan. The controls are intuitive, and the level designs and challenges clever. Basically your goal is to guide the flow of water from the top of the screen so a school of fish can get back to the sea at the bottom of the screen. To control the flow, you activate a number of items, like a plant that diverts water, a bomb that opens holes, a harpoon to kill enemy fish, and more. The tricky part is activating the items in the right places and at the right times. Choose the wrong places or install items too late, and you watch haplessly as your dead fish count rises and rises. Time to hit "reset" and try again! The graphics and soundtrack are sunny and cute, reminding me of LocoRoco. IMO this is a perfect game for PSP -- easy to pick up and put down. Highly recommended!
