suitable for hearing impaired; NO magnifier option November 15, 2008 This is mostly your basic HOG (hidden object game), with a "Memory"-type game between segments. I don't think I've been missing anything by having the speakers off, but maybe I should check! LOL. The story is laid out "on paper," and, so far, nothing has needed captions. One thing it has that's helpful for the hearing impaired player is a "puff of dust" or something when a wrong object is selected, so there's no question of whether the computer has registered the choice. There is NO built-in magnifier in this game.
Addictive Game October 9, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This game is fun, intriguing, and addictive. The different scenes have several hidden objects to find. The challenge of finding the special "key" in each level makes it addictive. It was quite challenging to find the unlimited hidden items in the Bonus game. As a child, I loved the "Highlight" magazine and this game has brought back many of the memories!
Mystery P. I. - The Lottery Ticket September 28, 2008 This is a game that I enjoyed playing and will probably play over and over in the future.
Mystery PI The Lottery Ticket August 9, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This game is soooooooooo fun. It's one of those Hidden Objects games but with lots of different scenes and mini-games.There are over 2000 different items to find, and if you unlock the Bonus game (by finding keys in each level),when you complete the game you can find all 2000 items at your own pace. Not that finding the items is difficult when you are timed but it is challenging.I love it!Definately worth the $. I also love the sequel which is The Vegas Heist,At the end of both games you have to solve a lil Mystery.Nothing too hard, maybe 10 minutes or less, but I just love this game!
Find the Hidden Pictures Game August 5, 2008 It starts off fairly easy and seems to get harder as the game progresses. You learn to pace yourself and not spend valuable time on one part of the map. You basically find hidden objects in various pictures. It may not be considered highly entertaining but it is still fun. You can play for as long as you like and not lose your place. It is a good clean puzzle picture find game for all ages.
