It seems that some people are upset because they don't truly understand this product.
What you will get:
USB Bluetooth Dongle: This will allow your PC to see your Wiimote.
Driver disc: It has the Wii Manager Software that you will use to create Miis and transfer Miis to and from your Wiimote. This disc also has the GlovePIE driver which will allow you to use your Wiimote as a mouse, or joystick.
User Manual.
What you won't get:
Anything that is actually for the Wii.
My one complaint about this product is that the Miis that you make or modify on your PC will not show up as 'yours' on your Wii. Because of this you will not be able to edit them on your Wii or submit them in the Check Mii Out contests. This is a big drawback.
I say forget the Manager software. Without being able to edit the Miis on your Wii it is fairly useless. If you look at this kit as a cheap way to get a Wiimote-compatible Bluetooth dongle, then you can't really go wrong.

I have the same problem as the others. The web site is missing so the product does not seem to work. I did get the bluetooth connection to work. The "press 1 and 2" does not work. You have to press the red button inside the battery compartment to add the device just like you do on the Wii.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and was able to get the company to get the server fixed....so it should now work for all of us...the only problem is...there is absolutely no new content then you have already on the Wii...
So this is a case of let the buyer beware!!!

Instructions are poor, program does not work, website has been down for the 2 weeks I've owned the product I'm trying to get my money back.

I called DATEL, which is set-up so that you CANNOT reach a HUMAN, but I DID IT !! and the TECH Support guy told me "the My Mii Manager web-site is located in the UK and it's down" - when asked WHEN the web-site will be "up", he replied "they are aware of the problem and are working toward a resolution as we speak" - when asked will the site EVER be "up" or is MY MII MANAGER GONE? he replied "emails will be sent out advising status, is there anything else I can help you with today?" - I said, really? HOW are "they" going to send ANY emails out when they don't have MY email address (or anyone else's for that matter)? to which he replied "thanks for calling datel, have a great day" (click) !!! I guess a LOT of people got RIPPED OFF with MY MII MANAGER :(
