2 out of 5 stars Jillian should be embarrassed   November 18, 2008
If she'd stop patting herself on the back for a minute, she would have reviewed this game before it got to the shelves. The "encouragment" stuff she says while you're working out is terrible. Someone should have clued her into the fact that she was constantly boasting about herself instead of saying "good job", "keep up the good work" etc. to the person WORKING OUT. At least the wii fit does a better job of that.
And I won't even BEGIN with the non-responsiveness of the controls to the game. If I get hit in the forest with one more flying object as I'm laying down on the ground (with my husband laughing) I'll sell this game back to Game Stop. For the price, it really should have been better quality.

4 out of 5 stars Pretty fun   November 17, 2008
This video game is a bit more of a 'workout' than Wii Fit. Sometimes some of the controls don't "catch", for example when I threw the grenades, I could throw them fine with my right arm, but my left arm would 'stall' even though I would throw it. It can get irritating some times, but I think it gives you a tough workout

1 out of 5 stars Waste of money   November 17, 2008

The only thing good about this workout is the marketing. By that I mean using Jillian Michael's name. Too bad I can't send it back for a refund because if I could I would. I even loaned it to a friend who was thinking of buying this workout. After just trying it once, they are not going to WASTE their money.

1 out of 5 stars Don't bother - stick with the Wii Fit   November 16, 2008

I was really looking forward to a game that would complement the Wii Fit, but this game is so disappointing. First, there are only 10 different exercises - definitely not enough to keep you interested for very long. Second, the controllers do not sync up well with the characters on the screen. There is a definite time lag, which makes it very frustrating to try to use the game. One other minor annoyance is the number of intro/credit screens you have to click through just to get the game started. Stick with the Wii Fit, this game is not worth the money.

1 out of 5 stars sorry I spent the money   November 16, 2008

I can't believe I fell for the hype. I was so disappointed with this. It is so slow-you can swing your arms like crazy and the avatar only runs one speed-slowly. It is hard to get the thing moving,I kept having to go to the instructions to see if I was doing anything wrong. Very slow, Very boring.
